Best Service Ever!!!. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and Shauna and my experience couldn't have been better.

I didn't have the slightest idea of what I was doing and they worked extremely hard to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything about their diamonds and ring settings in detail and by the time I was done I knew exactly what I was buying and felt that I was definitely getting the best ring for my value.

I can't thank them enough for what they did for me and my FIANCE couldn't be happier with the ring!!!

I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to them in the future.

Friendly, Professional, Great to work with!. I took in some of my old gold and silver jewelry. All metal was weighed and classified in my presence and I was paid the price per gram that gold was bringing that day. If gold goes up in the next 30 days, they agreed in writing to pay the difference. I worked with Shauna and Marie and both were professional, friendly, and very nice to work with. They cut me a check for more than I expected with absolutely no pressure to buy. This is a very handy location with close in, convenient parking. I don't see how you could do any better. So glad I found them!

Wonderful to work with. We worked with Marie from Bloomington's WDD location, and had a wonderful experience! The no-pressure environment, her ability to really listen to our needs/likes, and her attention to detail made the shopping experience very enjoyable. I'm excited to return to pick out our wedding bands.

Above and beyond expectations. When shopping for an engagement ring we visited a lot of jewelers, including another WDD location and a few smaller jewelers.

We knew what we were looking for (for the most part), but couldn’t find it. We decided to stop at the Bloomington WDD on a whim and worked with Dane. Dane was patient and extremely helpful, providing the information we needed and answering all of my many questions. He was quick to show alternatives that would meet our high expectations, and help with pros/cons of options we were considering. We made our purchase the same day and Dane was really attentive to making sure the ring was set as quickly as possible.

I’m sure he has sold many a ring to many a happy couple, but you wouldn’t know it. We never felt rushed or pressured and can’t wait to pick up the ring this weekend. Thanks Wedding Day!

Best Jeweler. I purchased an engement ring from Shauna when she was at the Maple Grove store. When I first stopped in, I came in with the intention of shopping every jeweler in the cities. I think I only went to four before I decided to go back to Shauna. I walked in she remembered exactly who I was and what I had looked at. They created a custom ring that looked amazing in less time than they had promised! My wife and I have since purchased all of our bands from her and will continue to follow her. ...We had a great experience working with everyone at Wedding Day! Best service, best selection, great prices, and best warranty! Highly recommend

Great experience at Wedding Day!. I had a such a wonderful experience with Shauna at Wedding Day. My fiance and I went to many stores when looking for an engagement ring. Wedding Day was definitely our best experience. Shauna made us feel extremely comfortable. She was a great listener, very knowledgeable and never pressured or rushed us. She helped us find the perfect ring that was in our budget and better than I ever imagined!

Fabulous.. Shauna is outstanding. Period. The whole staff at Wedding Day is above and beyond any other jeweler I have visited in Minnesota and Iowa. Shauna was able to make my dream ring come true without a question and the compliments I receive about it (numerous times a day) are awesome. Hands down this is the best place to purchase a ring or any jewelry on your wish list. Run, don't walk!

The customer service won me over. I am a very thorough person when making purchases, especially one as important as an engagement ring. I shopped around, and did not just buy a ring at the first store I looked at. My fiance lives in a different state, so I was responsible for not only finding a ring I loved but making sure I was getting quality for what I was paying for as well. Justin at Wedding Day made the experience doable! He was very patient, helped me figure out what I did and didn't like, and didn't pressure me at all. He was sincere about wanting to help me, educate me, and make the decision as easy as possible. Service is very important to me, and it's why I ended up choosing Wedding Day. Initially, I didn't find a ring I liked there, so I went back to Shane Co to pick out a diamond to go with the ring I liked. I asked a lot of questions, based on the information Justin told me when I was shopping at wedding day. The saleswoman at Shane Co brushed over my questions, never really giving me a clear answer. She basically told me the answers to my questions were not important. I did not want to have the wool pulled over my eyes when buying a diamond, so I went back to Wedding Day. I resolved to find something I liked there because I knew Justin and the staff would not rip me off. He gave me a ton of great information about diamonds, which helped me to figure out what I wanted. I felt like my friend, not a salesman, was helping me choose an engagement ring. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. Also, they gave me the in-store display ring to take with me when I went that weekend to see my fiance, since the ring that I ordered would not be ready yet. While my ring was being made, they also had the diamond set in a TIffany Solitare ring that they gave me to wear until my ring was ready. Overall, I am so pleased with my ring. The style of it fits my personality perfectly. And the incredible service made my experience so much more enjoyable! I will recommend Justin and Wedding Day to anyone in the market for jewelry!
