Horrible Service. I brought a pair of pants to be altered. Unfortunately after two attempts the pants are unwearable. The store manager told me that the pants are just fine, and it is now my problem. She was unwilling to refund any money and unwilling to make any more adjustments. Furthermore, I have contacted the customer service department 3 times by phone and have never received any phone calls back. I would not recommend Stitch It to anyone.

Very convenient and accomodating.. They provided quick turnaround and duplicated a design detail for me when hemming some jeans. Located so you can get some shopping done while waiting for minor alterations.
