Best food everytime!. We always have the best food there, The service and atmospher are great. Not Sure what the nutjob below is talking about, obviously trying to slander them because it's obvious if you've eaten there!

Good, but expensive for bar food. The pizza at Carbone's is very good. Their prices are a little high for a family bar business.

The kids meals are 5.00, which does not include a beverage, they charge an additional 2.00 for each drink, so you are up to 7.00 for each child's meal.

The adult food, again very good, but they upcharge you on everything, adding fries or onion rings is a upcharge.

We are always happy w/ the food, but the pricing is a little high and usually the wait time in the restaurant is a little long.

Questionable Waitstaff. Although we frequently continue to order delivery (Even dockside at times!) My last few experiences while dining inhouse at Carbones have been somewhat filled with speculation. There have been multiple occasions that myself and others in my party have caught servers tacking extra drinks onto our tab, and have even had bartenders call out prices for drinks over the amount that the drink actually costs! From my experience in the industry, I know that this is not standard protocol for an establishment like this. I can also understand a few mix-ups here and there when cocktailing drinks. However, since it has happened time after time, I can't help but see a pattern of dishonesty forming here. Great pizza, AWESOME delivery service, but questionable moral standards amongst waitstaff when managing guests' tabs.

Awful Customer Service. I had my going away party here. 24 people and the waitress was nothing but rude(to put it nicely). When myself and another couple were trying to pay our tab the credit card machine and atm were broken. 45 of waitng later I asked if we could be compensated in any way for waitng. I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager who didn't care! I don't think a free drink while we were waiting would have broke the bank for them!

The Flagship store all Carbones should follow. This is a great place to eat or drink or watch a game. Food was fantastic. Nice atmosphere.
