I had been searching for an engagement ring to give to my now wife. I had been all over the city and knew next to nothing about diamonds. At the time I had a job that kept us apart for months at a time. I ended up dragging my heels and found myself in a time crunch to get this thing picked out, because I wanted to propose before my next trip. I'd heard from a friend to try Continental Diamond....that they are the "best." So I went in 2 days before I had to leave thinking there is no way I could pull this thing off. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice salesman named Jimmy. I explained to Jimmy my dilemma and that I knew nothing about diamonds and was skeptical of the information I had received thus far. He immediately taught me about the "4 C's" of diamonds. Color. Clarity. Cut. Carat. He then proceeded to physically show me the differences between these items. We hashed out what it was I was looking for. We decided quality and clarity over size. He brought me back to an office and said he found the perfect diamond to fit my price range. Not only was it the right price, but it was exactly what I had imagined. He then suggested to have the diamond placed on a temporary ring so that my now wife could pick out her own band. I told him of my time constraints and he said no problem I will have the diamond set and the ring delivered to your office the next day at no extra charge. I was thrilled. I was even more thrilled and impressed to find out that Jimmy the salesman, was actually Jimmy the owner!! He and his staff really treated me like gold :) and my wife and I now buy all of our Jewelry from Continental Diamond. Like I said there is no comparison.

My experience with the people at Continental Diamond was service at its best. Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick as far as responding to my questions or concerns. I didn't know that much about wedding rings or diamonds but the people at Continental actually took the time to explain the terms jewlers use when classifying diamonds and what it meant to me as a consumer. This helped greatly when it became time to make a deicison, and I was totally confident I was making the right choice. My girlfriend(Fiancee now) loved my purchase, and said yes which made it all worth while. Thank you Jimmy, Revital, and Jane for making my experience one i will never forget. P.S. Go in there with a little appetite if you can, they have a man by the name of Andy that works their all day making chocolate chip cookies for the customers.
