A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!. Our experience with Continental Diamond has been amazing! Maybe I should say Judy is amazing!!! From start to finish she was top notch in helping my husband and I find the perfect diamond for my new ring.

Judy, thank you so much for all the time you took with us...from calling on the phone, to staying late to meet us on our time frame, to always being encouraging/helpful/knowledgeable and most of all for making us feel like we were your most important clients at the time!!!!!!! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I recently bought an engagement ring from Jane @ Continental Diamond and had an excellent experience with them. As a guy that had no knowledge of diamonds at all, they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

I went to several different places before Continental and never felt comfortable. Jane was extremely prepared for me (from phone conversations) and it was clear she listened to everything I said. Together, we found the perfect ring and it was on budget!

I strongly recommend going to Continental Diamond and as a bonus, if you don't live in Minnesota, you do not have to pay any sales tax!

It was great and I will continue to use them.

Extremely Satisfied NYC Customer. I received my wedding ring in the mail last night and I absolutely love it! When I opened the package, seeing the ring actually brought tears to my eyes (seriously).

I am so thankful to have been able to incorporate my grandmother's ring into my own wedding band. And I absolutely love the style. I didn't realize that the tapering on the wedding ring is the inverse shape to my engagement ring and so the two rings complement each other well!

Looking for Jewelry? Look NO MORE! Continential Diamond!!!. I went to Continental Diamond for a watch and I must tell you that not only did they have an awesome selection of watches, the sales manager, the jeweler who sized my watch and all of the staff around were so warm and welcoming and the least pushy sales people I have ever met. They truly want you to be happy and enjoy your purchase. I will only go to Continental Diamond for all my jewelry needs in the future! Thanks again for awesome service Continental Diamond!!!

Always taken care of!. My husband and I first fell in love with Continental Diamond when we bought our engagement and wedding rings here. Our amazing jeweler, Laurel, treated and continues to treat us like we're family. She always greets us by name when we show up there, is so patient with us as we shop and has really made it a point to remember details of our lives which makes us feel so loved, appreciated, and important when we're there. Continental Diamond is such a gem in the heart of the metro; we wouldn't dream of buying our jewelry anywhere else. From the big pieces (engagement and wedding rings) to little gifts (cuff links, jewelry boxes, etc) we recommend Continental Diamond to EVERYONE who asks us for advice when it comes to gifts and jewelry.

Recently I had to have my wedding band cut off due to the swelling in my hands from my pregnancy and I can't tell you enough how the words of encouragement from Laurel and the other staff members helped me through this emotional event.

Continental Diamond has been there for us since the start of our engagement, our wedding, and now through our pregnancy (my husband just bought me a beautiful Skagen watch while I was getting my ring removed) :) and we look forward to working with them for many more years and experiences to come!

AMAZING!!!. I have to start by saying that working with several of the staff at Continental Diamonds was amazing. I had a custom wedding set designed and built. Kristen and Roz were great and I do not know how the process could have been easier. In the end, I have an engagement ring that I am proud to place on her finger.

If you need jewelry you need to see the team at Continental Diamonds!

The Only Place We Will Do Business With For Jewelry. I don't normally post reviews but they are just too good to go without a big compliment. I left this review on google but it is worth repeating here.

Where do I start with Continental Diamond? When we were searching for an engagement ring in 2008, we heard of them from a close friend so decided to check them out, but we didn't hear of them before having a ring custom designed elsewhere. We were about half way done with the design of my wife's ring at the other jeweler when our friend said you HAVE to check out Continental. I was shocked he would be so firm in recommending a place I had never heard of before in our search for her ring. Since we were 99% sure we were going with the other jeweler at that point, I decided to do a ton more research online about diamonds and pricing, quality, etc before going to Continental so I could be upfront with them on what we wanted and what we would be willing to pay for it. I was immediately shocked by the knowledge that Jane K. had with diamonds and the fact that her pricing was very very reasonable vs. what I found online ( I am probably about the most frugal person around so I told her I was fine buying the diamond online if the price was better online). She soon proved to me that 1. They have the inventory of the diamonds for us to look at first hand 2. Their pricing easily competes very well with pricing I found online. We looked at plenty of diamonds and needed some time to digest what we saw to make a decision. Bottom line, immediately after our first visit, we stopped the design on the custom ring at the other jeweler. On our second visit, they brought in 3 more diamonds for us to see and we met with Jane and the owner, Jimmy. I was shocked when Jimmy invited us back to his office to look as some more stones. I mentioned how hard it was to tell everything apart in this artificial light; without saying a word, he grab the diamonds and told me to follow him outside to look at them in the sun and real light. I thought he was crazy going outside with loose diamonds, but he was really working hard to make sure we decided on the diamond we would love. All in all, on our second visit, we decided 100% we would be buying from them. On our third visit, we decided on the diamond and found nearly the exact engagement band we were previously having custom made at the other jeweler. We told Jane that we wanted just a few things changed with it and she had the ring custom made for us at no extra charge. We absolutely couldn’t have been more impressed with Jane, Jimmy and the rest of Continental at that point but our most recent visit is what really made us want to write this review.

After an unfortunate incident with a current watch that I had, Jimmers (their repair guy) decided to credited me the cost of the repairs toward a new watch since it was not repairable. This was definitely not something he or Continental had to do but was a very nice way to keep our business for life. Andy F., their watch specialist, helped me pick out a great Raymond Weil watch that was within our budget. When we went to pay for the watch, they had decided to give us the full retail price of my prior watch as credit toward the new watch. I was completely shocked and nearly felt bad, but they said it was what they wanted to do. Unbelievable, how they went above and beyond to continue to make us life long satisfied customers.

I have and will continue to recommend Continental Diamond to all our family and friends for any of their jewelry needs. They have earned our business for life and there is no other place I will shop in the future.

Best Jeweler in the City!. I have had nothing but outstanding service at Continental Diamond -- it is easy to see they put their customers first and take the time to build long term relationships.

We purchased my wedding ring (Jim and Roz were amazing finding 3 high-quality stones and helping create a custom setting), a second-hand diamond ring (Helain made a special effort to acquire a 'specific' ring from a vendor they did not work with) and my husband's wedding band (and he even got a glass of wine and fresh choc. chip cookie in the process!).

I have recommended Continental Diamond to more people than I can count with full confidence they will delight new customers. Four of our friends have already made engagement ring purchases. This team is the best of the best and we are all grateful for your service.
