Daisy is THE BEST!. They came right on time, gave exquisite customer service, went above and beyond, and they charged fairly for a terrific carpet cleaning job. Not just that: they pointed out to me that I had wobbly legs on my sofa, preventing it from collapsing embarrassingly on a guest. They showed me exactly where some mysterious stains came from--sources I would never expect that were completely preventable.

My home is located on the top floor of a condo building. Every other carpet cleaner used the less effective portable equipment, saying my home was up too high to use the truck as a cleaning source. Not Daisy! They were determined to do the best possible job for me, and figured out how to clean the carpet using their truck.

John, the owner, worked for years with Stanley Steamer before starting his company. He really knows his stuff, and he shared his technical knowledge with crew right along with me. You'll never meet a nicer guy, or a guy more committed to doing the best possible job. It was a pleasure, start to finish.

I have off-white carpet that's completely unforgiving with stains. But Daisy made it dazzle. If you want a superior job and a delightful, informative experience besides, hire Daisy.

Excellent Service and Loved the Results!. I called very last minute to have my carpets cleaned before the holidays. Michelle said she would squeeze me in and she made it happen! Furthermore, I was on the list for Monday morning! The technician, Drew showed up and did an excellent job for us! He was very professional and curteous.

I will definately use this company again. You should try it too!

I now have clean carpets!. I now have clean carpets! My carpet was really dirty... they hadn't been cleaned in the 9 years that I have lived here, and I rarely vacuum. I was unsure if they were even worth cleaning. I was very surprised and pleased with how well they turned out thanks to the guys at Daisy. Daisy on a whole was very pleasant to deal with, and the guys here on-site worked hard and did a great job! Thanks again Daisy!!!

Love the service, Love how my carpets look. I called Daisy on a thursday to set up an appointment and by noon on friday their crew was on site doing an awesome job. I have had my carpets cleaned by Daisy each of the last to years and could not be more pleased. Whenever the topic of carpet cleaning comes up I never hesitate to recommend Daisy to friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Daisy for cleaning our carpets!

Poor work and not so great customer service. I used Daisy to clean my carpets in a home I had just purchased. The house was empty so I thought it a great time to get this done. After hunting around I settled on Daisy. They came and did three rooms plus stairs in under 45 minuets. The carpets looked okay that day, but the stains returned the next day. It was around Christmas so they were not able to get anyone out to do anything right away...and then I had to move in - so instead of empty rooms I have rooms with boxes everywhere. A week later my wife had our second child (2 weeks early) and so the timing was not super awesome for them to come back. Plus, having just moved in I felt done moving furniture and boxes around. I asked instead for a price reduction. Recognizing that they came out and made an effort I asked for $50 off my $175 bill. They balked and offered only instead to come and do it again. Why would I want a company who didn't do the work properly the first time to come back? I would not recommend their services.

Excellent price, customer service and cleaning. I called Daisy Carpet and they came out within 2 days. They actually showed up when they said they would and even called 20 minutes before hand to let us know they were on their way. In addition to being more reasonably priced than the national chains they are a family-owned local business.

We have 2 small kids and 2 large dogs. My jaw dropped when I came home from work and saw living room carpet after they cleaned it. It looked like new carpet! We've had other companies clean our carpets before and it has never looked so good!

The BEST carpet cleaners in the Twin Cities!. I agree completely with the rave reviews for Daisy on this site. They were great. I have tried quite a few different companies using a couple different techniques and Daisy is the best. They were right on time, reasonably priced (cheaper than others I've tried), very polite and nice, and most importantly, my carpet is just plain cleaner! I have a steam cleaner and after the companies leave, I test some areas of my carpet (yes, I'm a little obsessive). After Daisy, the water was clean - after all the others, the water was still dirty (especially after a dry method in case you were wondering).

Best Carpet Cleaning!. We've tried other carpet cleaners over the past few years and Daisy is the best by far! They are very friendly, professional and provide great customer service. We have carpet in our great room and were considering pulling it up and replacing with hardwood, but Daisy was able to get it perfectly clean so we decided to hold off for a few years. It looks amazing. We highly recommend Daisy!

Good Choice. I hired Daisy Carpet to clean our currently vacant house before we moved in. I got pricing from 5 other companies, local and 'corporate', and Daisy beat the lowest price by about 50 bucks. They were also very flexible when it came to scheduling the time of day. The guy who actually came to do our cleaning was right on time and really wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the carpets - he did one room and then asked us to look at it to make sure it was ok. For the quality and age of the carpets, we're very pleased with the results and would recommend Daisy.
