Best Thai around!!. Randy the owner is awsome, comes out talks to you tells you how hot each dish is our how he make it for you. The egg rolls & spring rolls are great, but the sauce the comes with it is what make it so wonderful.

Chick wings are to die for very spicy but a good spicy. If you get wings order stickey rice with them. I always order the number 33 (hot stage2) to mellow out the wings. I moved away for Albertville but come back once are twice a month just for this food, can not find better Thia any where. My kids love the food as well. They make it as hot are mild as you want.

I Love Hong Thai. Used to frequent when it first opened. Unfortunately, I don't make it out there much anymore. Owner is a real nice guy and comes out and talks with you. I love Thai food real spicy and this is one of the few places I've gone to that will make it as spicy as I want it. The owner even gave us a bowl of the fresh Thai peppers that his wife had grown.

Service was slow the first couple of times, being new, but they have gotten it under control now. Decor has also improved and I do like the Thai videos that play.

The dish with the acorn squash is my favorite, but I have not been disappointed with any I have ordered here. If this place was closer for me, I would eat here at least three times a week. (Northeast Minneapolis could use one)

It's about the FOOD!. Strip Mall location combined with authentic Thai relics, monuments, carvings, and statues sterilized by the basically sterile wall, flooring, and ceiling decor. So... it's all ritz and glitz. HOWEVER, this is the best authentic Thai around. Shop the outlet mall and stop here (next to Coborn's) before heading home. The Pad Thai is perfect and the egg rolls are worth their premium price. This is a family run shop. Oh... if you want it hot, they'll do it, but be ready to sign a release! >>grin<<
