Surprising restaurant find. Had the open-faced ribeye sandwich. I was surprised at the level of cooking being done...ribeye was nicely grilled on the outside but tender on the inside on top of a huge mound of mashed potatoes and what I think was ciabatta bread with a very nice brown mushroom gravy on top. Wife had a "home-made" veggie burtger with lots of fresh fruit. Most excellent!

This relaxed eatery is dedicated to helping diners replenish mind, body and spirit whether they're enjoying a spa day or just having a meal. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an expansive marsh create a peaceful, tranquil vibe. Fellow diners are mothers with kids and spagoers. Lighter fare includes a gourmet veggie pizza topped with caramelized onion, artichoke hearts and peppers. From the salad menu, there's a mango, blueberry, carrot and pineapple mix tossed with mango vinaigrette.

Nice Surprise!. What a find! The Marsh Restaurant is open to the public, not just Marsh members and it was a tasty surprise. Yummy food, very casual atmosphere and a fantastic view. You can even get beer and also wine by the glass or bottle. Server told me that in the summer the outdoor deck overlooking the marshland is filled with people for lunch and happy hour. Easy to get to, easy parking.
