Clientele consists of workers from nearby businesses, making the daily lunch buffet bustle. The menu doesn't stray from familiar selections, sticking to basics like chicken lo mein and spicy Szechuan beef. Vietnamese salad (with chicken or beef) features lettuce, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts and peanuts on a bed of vermicelli.

I really enjoy going there because their buffet has a lot of variety and it is about 2 minutes from where I live. The prices are very good. It is easy to miss as it is right before the entrance to 35W and on a strip mall which is very small. It is definitely worth the trip.

Unfortunately Red Ginger at this location has closed due to the County Road J bridge being torn down and taking so long to be rebuilt. My wife & I ate there a lot.
