False Advertising. Purchased a new (not scratch/dent) washer and dryer frontload in August 2009. Dryer has broken 4 times in 5 months. ApplianceSmart will not honor their published web site "100% money back guarantee". They said that only applies if can't be repaired. So we have a lemon that has to get repaired over and over and over again. Currently waiting for yet another part and been without a dryer for 3 weeks! We have tried to get money back, exchange for new dryer - all to no avail. They are absolutely not interested in any customer service post-sale..... just in spending the $1500 bucks they got from us.
