Best Pedicure in the Twin Cities! Super Competitave Rates!. You will get the best manicure/pedicure in the Twin Cities at Anna's Nails in Minnetonka. My feet feel so good when I leave and my toes look so much better than when I do them myself. Polish lasts longer than three weeks. It is better to make an apt, and they still even sometimes get behind schedule. Pedicures take 30 min, but could take up to an hour in case they are behind schedule. It's worth the wait! By far the best value for the dollar I've seen anywhere in the Twin Cities!
