Forget about Valentine's day

I would not use this florist. I ordered flowers to be sent on Valentine's Day to my sweetie and they did not arrive on Valentine's Day. I called the next day and they offered to send the arrangement for free but the arrangement they sent must have been the original that was sitting on the truck the day before. The showed up soggy and worst for wear. VERY DISAPPOINTING...ruined my wonderful surprise.

This is an awesome shop on Grand Avenue. Their website is fantastic and delivery is very prompt and effecient... Nice store layout and helpful staff

No Longer Your Local Flower Shop You used To Love

When Stems and Vines bought out Crocus Hill Flower Market it all went down hill. CHFM was great. I would walk in there and have no clue what to get (I'm a guy who is clueless with flowers) and the staff was great and would help me put together a great bunch. Now, I have called a few times to order flowers and find that Stems and Vines is the place now (it's been this way for years). I called and wanted to send some flowers and if they could put something together that was fun, colorful, quiky, and I would describe the reason for sending flowers. The old place would do AMAZING work and just put together the best stuff. Now they rattle off pre-set arrangements that are way over priced and not personal at all. Just makes me sad. I used to love my local flower market.
