Pizza Biga All The Way!!!.
I really care for this place, the pizza is amazing and the bakery items are also to die for , as my sister would say.
I like the way they cook their pizza don't really see many people doing it like this any more, so yes it makes them stand out from others on this factor.
I would like to one day see if they do catering becuase I am throwing a suprise birthday for my mother and I would like her to try them out and since I love this place wouldn't mind eating it either.

Wood-fired, Neapolitan pies in the heart of Chicago Ave..
Minneapolitans love them some Neapolitan pizzas. Nestled at the corner of Chicago and 47th, in the same building as Turtle Bread Co., is Pizza Biga, serving up thin-crust, brick-oven pizzas bubbling with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. This little spot almost always has immediate seating. The vibe at Biga is always intimate and candle-lit.

Wood-fired pizza.
I had the pizza margherita... thought the crust was superb, sauce was a little tart. Next time I think I'll try one of the pizzas with more toppings. The caesar salad was great -- clean, fresh, simple. Nice ambiance too.
