AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I had the most forgettable experience. I can't even begin, but I will never return. Who do these people think they are???? unreal.

• Pros: No pro's - ugly dresses, rude staff
• Cons: Awful

Great place for girls with a little "extra" to love.

I was dreading to go wedding dress shopping since I am a plus size. I pictured my booty trying to fit into many small sizes and me walking out of a store miserable. Well, I can say that I had the complete opposite experience and it was all because of Jill. She gave excellent customer service and did a great job educating me on the types of dresses and designers that would help keep "the girls" from getting out of hand. She made me feel like a beautiful bride at a size 18-20. I loved the fact that the store had multiple options for me to try on that fit. Jill even told me about another dress at the other store that she recommended. My sister and I went over to try it on and it was perfect. If your a plus size and worried that your only option is a bridal store option with a mans name, I would recommend going to see Jill at the France Avenue. Ask for her by name!!!!

• Pros: Warm service, Good variety for plus size brides.
• Cons: Store was a bit crowded since it is such an intimate space. Only two dressing rooms.

Awful- go to the Hennipen location instead

I went to both locations (Hennipen and France) in the same day with a friend- we were both looking for bridal gowns. At the Hennipen store, the girls were very willing to help us even though we said we were just looking. They helped us try on gowns, gave us feedback- it was an awesome experience!

The France location, however, was an awful experience. There were 2 women working, the store was completely empty except for one other girl, and we were completely ignored! It was a hassle when I asked one of them to give me a fitting room. Seemed very full of themselves and their store, couldn't be bothered to help 2 college girls. Will never return to this store again, and would never recommend it!

Go to the Uptown location- the dresses are gorgeous designer gowns, they carry pretty much exactly what the France location has, and the staff will treat you as they should: like a lucky bride-to-be!

• Cons: Customer service!!
