This is a good school that offers a wide range of empty-hand and weapons training in a classical Samurai tradition. It is traditional training, not sport karate. I don't think they teach kids. The instructors are excellent, and class sizes are small. They are located in a warehouse, so be prepared for that, it kind of has a boxing gym sort of feel, but without the sweaty smell. If you are looking for authentic traditional martial arts, this is a good place to start. You won't find many schools offering this sort of thing.
Pros: small classes, good instructors, authentic
Cons: parking, not flashy facilities
