In Short – Frosted glass doors, white floors, and minimal hardwood shelving allow a lot of open space for these often-crowded shops. A young, hip staff outfitted in black T-shirts and lanyard nametags help families and students find iBook and iMac computers and software. Teens and 20-somethings can be found checking out the latest iPod MP3 players and accessories before heading home to download music and audio from Apple's iTunes.com to their new toys.
The Worst Apple Store Ever

I love Apple products and stores however this store is an example of a great product being represented by awful retail drones. The 'Genius' I spoke with had little or no real experience. I could out smart him and I am not a tech person. I am a user of their products. The store seriously needs new management - I overheard a manager tell a customer that the damage on their laptop was not a normal wear and tear - clearly this almost perfect looking laptop damage (the screen) was a design flaw.
The robot manager kept repeating the same thing to the poor customer. I told the customer to go another store - this store feel odd all the way around. I saw one manager act very rude to a few little kids that played on the computers - they were well behaved and the drone worker ( an older woman) started to tell them to calm down and stop bouncing on the balls.. crazy person. I will not go back to this store - I had planned on spening about 5k on a few laptops for the family - I took my business to Microcenter in St. Louis Park.

- Cons: Robots who work at the store
