Janet is awesome!. I've been going to Janet for cuts/color for over a year now, and my sister even flies in from New York City to see her! She is great with cuts--especially the layered/piecey look and highlights are amazing, too!

awesome experience all around!. We are new to Eagan and had yet to find a sylist here for us. My 7 year old daughters really wanted a summer cut beofre school was out to I searched the internet for something close to us with decent prices. There were really good reviews for Cole's Salon, especially the one at Eagan Station. So I called up and they were able to get both of my daughters in at the time I wanted that day! We arrived to a cozy atmosphere with very friendly service from the second we walked in. The girls had 2 different, equally talented stylists that did an INCREDIBLE job! My daughters have never had cuter cuts and they did exactly what we asked for. They treated my kids extremely well aslo, offering them something to drink right away which really impressed my girls :) The prices was very reasonable and the outcome was fantastic! We will definaltly be back in the future. Great Service!

I'm now excited for Summer. I recently moved to MN and didn't have a stylist. A girl I work with has the cutest cut and color so she referred me to Kim at the Apple Valley location. Kim listened to all the things I didn't like about my hair, then told me what she thought, gave suggestions then made sure I was comfortable with how we proceed. My look is updated, fresh and so flattering. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair. I had an awesome experience and I'm so glad to find a new stylist!

Would not go there again.. Chose to go here for the price and convenience. Usually go to a locally owned upscale salon. Disappointed, will not go back. Customer service was good, got booked with an Advanced Designer for cut and foil b/c I told them I am very picky. Cut is 'ehh..' at best, nothing exciting. I mean, is trimming an inch off of long hair really anything to be excited about, even though I showed her a pic of the exact cut I wanted? Remember the 'frenched' bangs (feathered bangs under a large lock of side part hair in the front? Because that's how she cut my bangs). There is no partial foil only one price, but what I got was definitely only a partial--20 foils at most. Also said I do NOT like red or coppery color of any kind and specifically told her this. Ended up with too much chunky blonde and the lowlight is practically ORANGE!

Apparently at chain salons, they recommend the "Master" or "Advanced" stylist, but all that means is that they've managed to eek out a living at the salon for longer than any of the other stylists, it is not a testimony to the skill the actual stylist. UGH. I should have just sprung the extra $30.00 and gone to my regular stylist.

Best Hair Cuts. I have been going to Cole's Salon for a few years now and have been to the Eagan Station location as well as the other Eagan location. By far the Eagan Station location offers a greater experience. From the moment you walk in the door and get greated by the front desk you feel welcomed. I never have to wait long to see my stylist and they get you in and out of their fast too ( I usually like to get my hair cut during a lunch break). When I first started there I would make an appointment with any open stylist at the time but nowI will only see Kelsey. She is open to trying new ideas and always listens to what I am looking for in my new hair cut and gives great recomendations for what she knows will work.

Best Bikini & Brazilian Wax!!!. Recently, a friend and I went to Coles Salon for the first time and had a Bikini and Brazilian wax done. The esthetician we saw was Cheri. She was amazing. She was professional and extremely fast at her waxing. It took her 15 min to do my Brazilian Wax. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has a great personality and is very friendly. We would recommend seeing Cheri for any waxing service. My friend and I will be back!!!!

Great Haircuts-especially for can not be found anywhere else chic styles. I walked into the Salon to get my haircut. Kelsey is the girl who did the job. I had very long hair and I wanted something completely new. She did a short bob, disconnected and asymmetrical. It?s very wild and I get tons of complements everywhere I go. The price was reasonable. I love the products they sell- bumblebee products. The stylists are very warm, friendly and talkative. Before Kelsey cuts my hair she usually asks a couple other stylists what they think about her new plan to add more creativity to the style. The salon also does nails, make-up, waxing, facials etc.

Best Facial Ever!!!. I've been to several other Spas throughout the Twin Cities, but this is by far the best one for receiving a facial and waxing services. I saw Cheri and she was wonderful. Very professional and knows her stuff. I would highly recommend Cheri for anyone wanting a wonderful experience.

Upsell on haircuts. I was seeing a Sr. Stylist at Coles Salon located on Yankee Doodle in Eagan. I get highlights/color and I have healthy hair. When I schedule my appointment I let them know that I do not want a hair cut because I am trying to grow it out.

When I'm done getting my hair treated she tells me that I need a trim and doesn't ask me she just tells me and starts cutting. When I go to pay, I get over charged for a 36.00 dollar haircut that I did not want. When I get home I see my hair is white in some spots and over highlited on the ends. When I'm out and I see someone with nice highlights/color I ask about their salon and tell them my story. To my supprise they have been told bad things about Coles as well. Be carefull of what you are being charged. I'm never going back there again.
