Bad ownership. The ownership is horrible, I know from the inside that the owner most of the time waits until the bed's bulbs are way past their life cycle to replace them because she doesn't want to spend the money, employees have even been yelled at for telling a few customers that they get more color from the VIP beds instead of the Platinum bed... and there is only one Platinum bed so you always have to wait for it anyway... Also the Mystic is broken far too often because it doesn't get cleaned as often as it needs to be. And the Hydro bed is just ridiculous and a waste of money (i've done it before) go soak in your bath at home and put lotion on after if your skin needs to be moisturized....
