Roto-Rooters Plumbers; 2/14/12.
We've lived in our current house since 1990; built a major addition our home in 2007 and I myself have personally overseen every single repair. I thought I knew this house backwords and forwards and
everything in between. Yet we'd been having slow-drain problems with the downstairs toilet since it was put in. Probably 7-10 times we'd had various plumbers out to try to fix it. Then came Roto-Rooter!! This was the best decision I've even made in regards to plumbing. I want to especially thank and give my praise to Leon Watson; who through careful and quick analysis of our problem promptly found our most elusive problem. The back-flow preventer cover had come loose and was lodged down drain just enough to cause us major toilet plugs.
Leon was courteous, smart, neat and clean and thorough. Thank you Roto-Rooter and also thank you to Bill Blancke. Our next step, had Leon not found the problem, was to take out the toilet and convert the whole room to a closet. We love Roto-Rooter in Minneapolis!!…
Good Plumbers.
This is the second time I have called Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue. I have moved from state to state and trying to find a company that you like for projects around the house always seems to be
really bad or really good experience.
My 2 experiences with the Minneapolis Roto-Rooter were great both times. They were on time, clean, helpful, and they had a really good coupon when I used them the second time, and that is huge for me. I found my “go to” plumber in Minnesota for sure!!…
Promp efficient service.
I found myself with a partially clogged pipe that was beyond my capabilities to clear and I made a call to RotoRooter.
Brian arrived within an hour after my call. He explained what might be needed, giving me the best and worst case scenarios. This included the fees for each of the solutions that might needed and why they would be necessary.
Fortunately, in my situation, it turned out that the problem was the "best case." He was able to correct the problem in a short period of time and then demonstrated to me that the problem had been dealt with.
The fee was exactly what he said it would be. I didn't have any problem with the amount since I've always figured that plumbers, electricians, etc. are not just being paid for what they do but are also being paid for the knowledge to do it without changing the architecture of the building.
All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. If I have need of further plumbing work, I will contact this firm.…
