Would not recommend! Billing issues and incompetent mgmt!. My daughter and I stayed here in Dec 2011. The hotel stay itself was fine, very average, nothing special. The breakfast room is cramped, small.

My real issues are now cropping up 6-7 weeks later with billing issues and a uncooperative management team at the hotel. I am being charged fees by my bank for THEIR mistake and they will not do anything about it. I finally had to close my checking account yesterday.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Great location; very comfortable ambience!. Super place to stay when visiting the Mall of America. Great for Families. I stayed there for a night to shop at the MOA. They have a continental breakfast, and nice pool.

They are attached to the TGI Fridays restaurant. Very close to the airport too!

Beds were nice; rooms were huge!

Best Beds Ever!. We booked this hotel off of Expedia's web site for a package to the Mall of America. They had wonderful shuttle service & staff was helpful & pleasant. The beds in the rooms were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. After 2 very long days of shopping, it was just what we needed. Also there were make your own waffles in the morning & hot cookies in the lobby at night. How could you top that!
