This is the worst experience I've had at any medical office...their billing practices are unorganized. First of all, they billed me much more than I expected so I called my insurance to call them to straighten it out! They were rude to me and unapologetic for their mistake. On top of that, Dr. Kennedy didn't explain all the contact lens options and insisted I go with a different contact lens than what I was wearing even though I was perfectly happy with the ones I had (it made me think he must be getting a big spiff from that company). Do you & your family a favor & go to Dr. Moline in Roseville or anyone at Twin Lakes Eye Center. The office is newer, cleaner & his admins are great with billing questions!

I've been to this office many times, i decided to bring my husband and children there for their eye exams and prescriptions. After explaining to Dr Max and Kennedy about my husband's medical condition of severe Keratoconus, they reassured me that they have handled these special cases for over 30 years and that Kennedy was the best in the Twin Cities, my husband made his appt. The front desk persons were slightly rude, but everyone has "off" days, the Dr's we're always rushing us through ALL of our appt's, and the billing was not correct- which delayed my husband special contacts over 2 months out! After going back for a 2nd screening they were even more rude- probably because I called to ask more questions- as a consumer- there should not be repercussions for wanting to know more! This office had a good start, but I have no idea how they took this turn-for-the-worse! With a severe eye condition and not being able to see clearly- you'd think an little more care and understanding with their clients would be in order- nope. Until they get their ship shaped up, after these lens, we're looking else where for eye care.
Pros: good location, good products
Cons: staff and extremely bad communication WITHIN the office
