What People Are Saying About Punch Pizza

In Short – Punch Pizza is famous for traditional, Neapolitan-style pizzas. They're wood-fired, thin crust, and topped with some of the freshest ingredients this side of Italy. At this bustling Calhoun Village quick-service location, pizza lovers can stop in and get a lovely pie to go or eat-in and enjoy ingredients like fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant and Mt. Vesuvio tomatoes. Don't feel left out, meat lovers: You can get thick-sliced spiced salami, ham and sausage on your crispy, chewy, delicate and lovely pizza.
Editor's Tips
- The Extras:
- Punch also serves up a kids' pizza with crushed tomato and mozzarella for less than five bucks.
- Parking:
- Parking is free in Calhoun Village, but on busy weekend nights it sometimes overflows to the parking lot across the street.
Great pizza

Great pizza, We also had good service there however I wouldn't say the place is very kid friendly. High chairs didn't match the table height well! But otherwise a great experience.
Decent Pizza, Horrible Service
by SLP29 at Citysearch
The pizza is decent for the price, although often times the crust is burnt on the bottom. I had a truly awful experience at the Lake Calhoun Punch. On a busy night, after paying for the pizza, I sat down at an open table after getting drinks. I was approached by an employee who told me the table was reserved and that I'd have to move. I sat at an open 2 person table, with another adjacent 2 person table open as well. I wrote to the company about being removed after I sat down, and received a very unsympathetic response. I can find equal or better value elsewhere without the rude service.
- Pros: Good Value
- Cons: Awful Service
My Favorite Neapolitan Style Pizza!

The best pizza ever! From the crispy chewy blistered crust to the rich fluffy slightly sweet mozzarella di bufala. Definitely order with with that mozzarella added after the oven; don't waste melting all that expensive incredible cheese! Taste it while it's still soft milky and light as air.
This particular PunchPizza gets very busy with parents with a lot of children. Space is very limited when that happens.
- Pros: delicious pizza
- Cons: gets very busy, can get very crowded

Didn't quite know what to expect......left there full and satisfied.
The wood fire gives the customer a quick and tasty pizza at a good price.
Nice work.
The best pizza in town and a great local company!!

PnchPizza is the best pizza place in town - hands down. Specifically, the Mimi is my favorite! If you have not been to Pnch, you have to check it out. Also, the owners treat their employees very well. It always feels good when giving business to a place when you know that they have a great product and they value their employees.
- Pros: great food, not expensive, great locations, fast service
- Cons: they are very busy on the weekends!
