Great pizza. Great pizza, We also had good service there however I wouldn't say the place is very kid friendly. High chairs didn't match the table height well! But otherwise a great experience.
Decent Pizza, Horrible Service. The pizza is decent for the price, although often times the crust is burnt on the bottom. I had a truly awful experience at the Lake Calhoun Punch. On a busy night, after paying for the pizza, I sat down at an open table after getting drinks. I was approached by an employee who told me the table was reserved and that I'd have to move. I sat at an open 2 person table, with another adjacent 2 person table open as well. I wrote to the company about being removed after I sat down, and received a very unsympathetic response. I can find equal or better value elsewhere without the rude service.
My Favorite Neapolitan Style Pizza!.
The best pizza ever! From the crispy chewy blistered crust to the rich fluffy slightly sweet mozzarella di bufala. Definitely order with with that mozzarella added after the oven; don't waste melting all that expensive incredible cheese! Taste it while it's still soft milky and light as air.
This particular PunchPizza gets very busy with parents with a lot of children. Space is very limited when that happens.
Surprised.
Didn't quite know what to expect......left there full and satisfied.
The wood fire gives the customer a quick and tasty pizza at a good price.
Nice work.
The best pizza in town and a great local company!!. PnchPizza is the best pizza place in town - hands down. Specifically, the Mimi is my favorite! If you have not been to Pnch, you have to check it out. Also, the owners treat their employees very well. It always feels good when giving business to a place when you know that they have a great product and they value their employees.
This quick-service pizza place makes to-go orders a breeze..
In Short
Punch Pizza is famous for traditional, Neapolitan-style pizzas. They're wood-fired, thin crust, and topped with some of the freshest ingredients this side of Italy. At this bustling Calhoun Village quick-service location, pizza lovers can stop in and get a lovely pie to go or eat-in and enjoy ingredients like fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant and Mt. Vesuvio tomatoes. Don't feel left out, meat lovers: You can get thick-sliced spiced salami, ham and sausage on your crispy, chewy, delicate and lovely pizza.
Yum, yum and yum!. I like pizza, especially thin crust, and this is a great location to get just that. One of the great things about this place is that the time from when you order your pizza until you get it, if they are not real busy, is about 5-10 minutes. I've had a few of their different varieties, and I've loved them. They can be a great snack/lunch if you share with another person or a great meal if you are hungry enough to do so. The location near lake Calhoun could easlily have parking problems being near Applebees, Walgreens and Barnes & Noble, but the food is so good that a little walk and patience is paid off by the great pizza.
the best!!. they have the most yummy toppings and their red sauce is so delish.. all on thin crust baked in a brick oven. the crust is infused with wood fire flavor. we love this place!!
fresh pizza!. If you don't know or like the thin crust, fast baked oven, neopolitan-style pizza, you won't like it. If you do, you will LOVE this pizza. I've been several times, had all different kinds from basil, to sausage, pepperoni, you name it, and I've always gobbled it up. I also recommend the salads to share. It's very casual and quick service.
Amazing pizza. Really the most delicious pizza ever. At least give it a try. If you can, call ahead and take it home. This place can get easily crowded.
