I went to spa bella casa on a recommendation from a friend. I work in another salon and it is nice to get away and be somewhere else to relax and have services done. I was told to book with Ashley for massage and to come a little early to relax and use the whirlpool and steamshowers if I was inclined. I felt like I stepped into a greecian spa! Beautiful, Luxurious and so quiet. I was there on a monday. So I really had the place to myself. I would be great for a spa day with friends. My massage was wonderful, and she used hot stones and a few little extras. All and all just great. Now 4 of my salon friends have gone and we all love it!! It is off of hwy 100 in a hidden spot... once you find it you will be soooo happy!!
Pros: most beautiful spa in the twin cities.. I promise! easy parking and great service.

I felt like I was in a sorority house. All the chatter of girls giggling, and screeching as they hung out and had a great time being loud. The problem is, I was in the middle of a massage, and they were the employees. My masseuse should have told them to quiet down, but did not (and there was no background music in the room as I'm use to). He instead told me several times to complain to a manager. So I did. She could have cared less. She just said, “oh ok” and never apologized for the poor service. I was so upset when I left there because of how she treated me (and I hate complaining, it took a lot of nerve for me to say anything in the first place) that I needed a massage when I left just to calm me down and relax me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: Looks like it should be really classy
Cons: Aweful service, and immature staff
