If youare self-motivated and highly independent thinking and independent minded then taking control of hiring firing, training, scheduling your PCA's with this agency is for you. I don't need a third party to think or organize my life for me and I have been with PEP since the organization began. I have never been happier in my lifetime of needing personal care services.

The staff is knowledgeable, supportive but not in any way intrusive.
