I have had the unfortunate experience of working w/ this company. A majority of their staff are entry level at best, customer service reps who I agree, seam to have yet to earn their GED. Even the supervisors are some of the less educated people ever. After being so fed up w/ this company, I called in to ask for what my payoff would be and the C/S rep as well as his supervisor told me to just add up the rest of my monthly payments and that would be my payoff amount. I had to explain to him how when you ask for the pay off on a car, you are asking for the principle plus what ever interest you already have...He did not get it. These people are truly rude, and very stupid. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything, and if you ever come in to a dispute they are not afraid to turn in to some real large A-holes. I would never recommend this place to anyone...they are a really bad business to deal with. I looked up their website. They are not at all ashamed to admit that they try to charge the highest leagl limit on interest in whatever state they are doing business in. SAL can truely burn in hell.

Are you a working class person who needs a reliable car but can only get one through financing? Don`t go through Predatory Auto Loans. They are crooks and liars who use Mafioso collection/intimidation techniques. Most of their reps. haven`t recieved their G.E.D. let alone can master the English language. And I can`t forget the coward named Scott who hides out until it`s time to put on his tough guy act. Make sure you ask your local car dealer who they use for their financing program before you get a car with them. It can make all the difference.

Cons: lifesucking, predatory lending, capitalist, mafioso thugs.
