Excellent American food from talented chefs

We discovered this gem 1 year ago and have returned 12 times. The price is around $18 [including beverage] for the lunch buffet and $28 for the dinner buffet. The food is all made on site by very talented chefs. There are 6 or 8 salads [NOT cole slaw stuff], 2 soups, a hot sandwich station, cold meat/cheese/ fruit/ roll station, hot entre' and veggie station and desert section. There are times the food has been very good and other times it has been excellent, depending on which chef is cooking! There is a large window wall with a view to the trees and nearby lake peeking thru. Most folks dine in business casual. It is worth the trip to go. You must call and check to see if they have openings for 'walk-ins,' as there are times the whole place is taken over by a convention or wedding. Reservations recommended.
