Zen Experience- Massage & Wellness

Great massage- could improve ambiance. I have had 2 very good massages at Zen. Once while pregnant, and one following the birth of my second child. They were relaxing, and I felt like a new person when I left. The prices are totally reasonable, and I will be going back for a third.

During the first massage, I noticed a lot of boxes and clutter in the hallway. There was a curtain up hoping to cover the area-but it was open enough for patrons to see it. Not a big deal-and didn't affect my massage one bit, but I could see how some people would find that to be a bit of an "eye sore". The receptionist was also new, and had no idea what she was doing. But-she was nice.

The room I went into for my second massage smelled like food-or someone had just eaten in there. Wasn't a "bad" smell-but when I am getting a massage, I prefer clean, herbal scents-not left over chinese food.

Again-I got what I needed both times, and will totally go again!…

This is what I call an affordable good experience. I normally hate taking time for reviews but was so impressed with Zen Experience that I had to do one. I went for a couples massage with my husband who normally does not like spas and girlie stuff but Zen experience was all the opposite of what he was expecting. The room was like a small paradise with a water fountain, wonderful sound and atmosphere. It looked like a resort massage room. Our tables were heated and the sheets were so smooth. We fell both asleep right through the massage and waken up gently one hour after. I mention one hour as I had massages at 50min which is really not right. After we were offered an amazing tea from Yogi teas I think. The price for what we got was $135 for both and that was a deal. Despite being in the Mall it's just so well located that it was a few steps from the parking lot and we had barely to walk. It is really at the end of the Mall next to the escalator that takes us to the parking lot directly. Will be back for sure. Definitely for Valentines as our budget is not the greatest.…

Oxygen Bar. I took my teenage daughter there to experience the oxygen bar, as I tried it other places and it was great. Was very disappointed, didn't do a thing, total waste of time and money. I let the person at the desk know and he didn't offer any good reason, or even try to improve my experience, just let me walk out. Now I won't go there and try any of the services after that experience. I big on customer service.

Too bad..maybe need to repair or update the machines, who knows.…
