My last zen experience was very disappointing. The massage therapist did not listen to the level of comfort that I wanted and I came away with bruises and a sore back. Luckily this has not been my usual experience and I will return to try someone else.

Usually I get Maria and I love her. She does such a thorough job and it truly is a deep tissue massage.

There is no other place in the Twin Cities area that can provide a better massage (Thai massage is my personal choice) I have tried many spas over the years and the professional, massage therapists at Zen are superior. They spend time before the treatment, to discuss your areas of concern and make sure that when you leave, you are completely satisfied. I am forever a loyal customer! Thanks Zen!

Had a wonderful service at $59 for 1hr. My massage was excellent and the room very soothing. I will definitely go back and by the way the herbal tea is really nice.

Terrible Experience. After cancelling our booked couples massage, we were offered a discount on an individual service. The receptionist verbally offered me a discount. When the service was complete, she would not honor the discount. When I refused to pay her anything extra, she called mall security and reported me for shoplifting. This business is dishonest and unethical. Please do not give them your business.

I think this was the best massage I have ever had. Loved this place although in the Mall. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Loved the hot towel at the end of the massage.Very calm area, near to parking. Prices are great and you do get great discounts with their loyalty program which is not a membership. You pay nothing for it and is added up each time you go.

Great massage- could improve ambiance. I have had 2 very good massages at Zen. Once while pregnant, and one following the birth of my second child. They were relaxing, and I felt like a new person when I left. The prices are totally reasonable, and I will be going back for a third.

During the first massage, I noticed a lot of boxes and clutter in the hallway. There was a curtain up hoping to cover the area-but it was open enough for patrons to see it. Not a big deal-and didn't affect my massage one bit, but I could see how some people would find that to be a bit of an "eye sore". The receptionist was also new, and had no idea what she was doing. But-she was nice.

The room I went into for my second massage smelled like food-or someone had just eaten in there. Wasn't a "bad" smell-but when I am getting a massage, I prefer clean, herbal scents-not left over chinese food.

Again-I got what I needed both times, and will totally go again!
