Great place to stop for a quick bite!. I have been going to IBC on and off for about 4+ years. I am always welcomed with a smile, they always know what I am going to want and will make the food I am ordering exactly how I want it, even if it's not on the menu. The owner, Ralph is just an all around nice guy, very down to earth.

If you want to have a quick bite with great service, go to IBC. They are fantastic!

Beware of Owner!. Okay, so I've been here more than once, and EVERY time I go in there, the owner(apparently its owned by a husband/wife team) - the wife, is very very rude to her 2-person staff. I've seen her be real nasty to one of her young employees(who had been sweeping the floor) and then turn around and get all fakey with me. I don't like it when customer service is fake. Seriously people, she will load on the fake-smile and high pitched voice. Kindness and service is very hard to come by here! When I asked for what I wanted she charged me for the biggest portions on the chile and smoothie - didn't bother to ask which size I wanted. The menu is on a chalkboard which was done up really cute and creatively, but I had a hard time finding the place that listed sizes/ounces etc for my portions. I ended up paying $10 for the soup and smoothie. Not only that but she only rang me up then walked away. I stood there wondering who was going to prepare the food and that's when I heard her rudely tell her young charge to 'quickly, go and make it!' Two-faced, bad service, very poor pricing and freshness(the smoothie was very good, the girl had cut up bananas for me just the way I liked it). I would ONLY recommend this place if the girl was ringing up the sale, preparing the food, and serving it. And yes, the cookies are mammoth, but very, very good. Just watch out for that woman!

Only place to eat. Basically this place is just a cafe for you to get a quick bite. Its placed in the second floor of the Hyatt Regency, and the only reason why I went here was I only had a 30 minute break. Since this was the only option I had, I came here. I ordered a chicken cashew sandwhich which cost $5, and a oatmeal raisin cookie for $1.59. The sandwhich was premade, which was flavorless. The oatmeal cookie was very big, which I could recommend. Besdies that, this place is just good to fill your stomach when you're low on time.
