DTM has been terrific. They got the job, in part, because they were visionary enough to propose an approach to our basement that was significantly different than we had in mind. Their proposal delivered us more space and a much nicer family room/home theater. Even when there were a few misunderstandings along the way, DTM was accommodating and responsive. My only suggestion for improvement is to "green" their operation and the materials they use. That needs to become the norm in the industry.
