Don't use GoldStar Taxi. I called them in June and made arrangements for them to pick up a woman who worked in our office and was unable to drive due to injury. They were to charge the service to our credit card. The woman had problems with them the three times she used them. She gave me receipts totalling approximately $58.00. We were not charged for her usage until July 8, when they charged us $269.50. Although I contacted them and the credit card company, we were unable to get it corrected. They sent a fake receipt to the credit card company. We had sent actual copies of their receipts. I would not trust them for anything!

I used this company for the first time because my car got a flat on my way to take my baby for her 2-month check up. I asked if they could speed up the process because of my situation. they were there in less than 5 minutes. I would strongly recommend using their service. They waste no time.

GOLD STAR ROBBERY. I TOOK A CAB TO THE WALMART THIS A.M. IN WHICH I OFTEN DO AND IT NORMALLY COST $5 SOMETHING, IN WHICH WAS MY CASE THIS MORNING EXCEPT THE DRIVER DID NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR A $20 , SO HE ASKED ME TO GO INSIDE TO GET CHANGE IN WHICH I DID AND ONCE RETURNING TO PAY MY FARE IT HAD GONE UP TO $14 SOMETHING AND I ASKED WHY AND HE STATED BECAUSE I MADE HIM WAIT I HAD TO PAY THAT AMOUNT! HIS JOB REQUIRES HIM TO HAVE SOME SORT OF CHANGE AND IT WASNT MY FAULT THAT HE HAD NONE , SO I WAS UPSET HAVING TO PAY HIM EXTRA BECAUSE HE HAD NO CHANGE , WHAT A RIP OFF !!!!

good sevice. Im a single mom with four kids. And daily I go to work and drop my kids off at daycare between the hastle of catching a bus with my kids and the chance of missing buses and or buses not coming on time I take cabs. Since a friend recomended me a few years ago to Gold Star I've been using them since there always on time and reliable and even send a van for me and my children thanks gold star you guys are a great taxi service and i would recomend them to anyone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I took a Gold Star taxi from a hotel recently to an address in St. Paul. The driver totally ignored my instructions and directions and took me for a "joy ride" clearly to bump up the fare.

I have done this run many times and the fare was always $24.oo or less. I was charged $45.00. By this thief so I called the police who asked me to simply pay what was on the meter. The thieving driver called the cops at the same time stating that I refused to pay him. Do not believe a positive word about these pirates. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Terrible. I called 10:45 to get a cab to pick me up @ 11:30. They said no problem. Since then, i've called them back twice, still no cab, and i'm over an hour late for work. I picked this company because they had 5 star rating, but afterwards i looked closer and 95% of the posts are from "Gold24" and all on the same day. DO not use this company.

Terrifying!. This is by far the worst cab experience of my life! The driver was clearly drugged out and driving all over the road and turning down one way streets going the wrong way. I told him my address several times and when he did not understand he started yelling in another language at me from the front seat. After I tried to coach him on how to get to my house, he stopped two blocks up from my apartment. Tired of the hassle and honestly terrified that he was going to kill us both with his horrendous driving, I just decided to get out and walk the rest of the way. THEN when I tried to use a credit card to pay for my fare, he started swearing at me and told me to "get the f*ck out of his cab." He started to drive off while i was still getting my bag out of the car, nearly running me over in the process. The positive side was that I got a free ride home, but i would've paid the 30 dollars i owed just to have avoided the crazy cracked out experience altogether.

Horrilbe. These reviews are all fake besides the ones that gave them a one. Horrible service and they got lost bringing me home.
