Customer service....NOT. My daughter and I called in a delivery order. While speaking with the woman, it seemed she was confused as to what we were talking about even though we used the names listed in the online menu. We thought maybe she was new....when the order came, my daughter had the wrong sandwich. We called Broadway to let them know. The manager came on the line and stated that she had taken order and knows the right items were delivered. We pushed further. She asked us to hold on. She must not have covered the phone because we clearly heard her speaking to someone, saying, "she wants us to deliver a new sandwich even though she ordered wrong". REALLY?!?!?! She came back to us and stated that it would be at least two hours before they could deliver a new sandwich. We declined as we did not have two hours to wait.

We will never order from broadway again. The truth is not in Not making mistakes, but how you handle it when it happens.

Great food!. I went to Broadway Pizza recently for the first time and thought it was such a fun place! I met some family there for a fun night out for pizza and we had good service and the food was great!It was a little crowded but overall the feel of Broadway Pizza was fun and I will definetely be taking advantage of their delivery service!

The finest Pizza south of the river!. Every visit to Broadway Pizza in Apple Valley reveals a new and exciting experience. The food is delicious - from the pizzas to the pastas! The owners and staff are wonderful people and truly care about the diners' experience. It's great to have a local restaurant with high quality food. You taste the freshness in every bite. Don't leave without having one of their fabulous desserts!
