WOW. I live in Vegas where Limo's are like cab's... Had to go to MN for a party. Michelle at the company was my eyes and ears for the city. Planning a great night for me and my 15 friends. GREAT NIGHT!!!!!!!

Highly recommend. Great from begining to end. From the first call to get information and then the ease of making the reservation, to the driver, to the limo, I was very happy with their service. They evan helped me plan the evening by suggesting and making reservations for me and got I a discount as well. The driver was great! He made it exceptionaly fun. Limo was very nice and the fireplace video and red carpet was a nice touch. Will use again and strongly suggest anyone looking for a limo to use them.

Car was not on time, and smelled a bit stale. We have been looking for a good airport car service for leisure travel and gave Cities Limo a try, given their (self) promotion online. We were disappointed that the car did not arrive when we did at the airport pick up area (we had to call twice--it arrived at least 5 minutes after we did), and the car smelled a bit stale. I know that I am picky, but I believe that a prearranged car service should always arrive prior to (or at virtually the same time as) the customer. I will give them another chance, but I will continue my search for the Twin Cities best car service.

This customer did contact us about what he thought was a stale odor in the vehicle, we acknowledge that what he may have been smelling was from the carpets being professionally cleaned the night before (as we do often, especially during the messy winter & late spring months) and since the carpets had not completely dried before his morning pickup he was smelling the moisture from that. As for the Airport pick up we were actually early as we track all our customer flights and since this was his 1st time using us he did not understand that when you don't choose and pay for the baggage "meet & greet", our policy is to have you call once you have your luggage and we will then proceed through the gate and be waiting when you come out... this keep us and the customer from incurring additional parking fees when you get delayed waiting for your luggage which is out of both of our control. We still offered a discount to try us again. This customer continues to use our service.

Best Transportation in the City!. Cities Limousine & Transportation is far and away one of the best transportation companies we have used in the country!! On time, clean and so accommodating it makes our corporate events so much easier! Paul, our driver was amazing, our evening events can go until the sun rises (no joke) and he just keeps on going.... answering his phone, checking in, and always with a smile!! From traveling to and from the airport, to the LimoBus and every detail in between you will not be disappointed. We will be using CLT again for our travel needs in the Minneapolis area and you will be hard pressed to find anything even close to their service and professionalism! Thanks CLT !!!

Best Car Service In the Cities!. The best limo service in the cities. Always on time, always friendly, always professional. My company uses them for all visitors and special events. The cars are awesome too!

Newest vehicles, best customer service w/ the most professional staff. Truly the BEST in the Twin Cities..
I have used limousines from at least 7 different companies within the Twin Cities and since finding Cities Limousine, I would never go back to any of the other companies I used.
Cities limousine has the most professional staff, the cleanest vehicles and they are all brand new. They always accommodate me regardless of events and timing.
They are the only limousine company I recommend to my friends and business acquaintances.
If you want the best then these guys are it.

THANKS FOR AN AWESOME TIME (B-Day)!!!.
I just wanted to thank Cities Limousine & Transportation for a great time on Saturday. Everyone in our group loved the coach and my husband had a great party! We were so impressed with the service!!! Our driver was so flexible and didn't miss a beat. Thanks for taking care of us and being ready to get us at any time!

Incredible Vehicles, Superior Service - Choose Cities Limo. I have used Cities Limo several times and enjoyed my experiences greatly. They arrived in a timely manner and were very accomodating to our requests to "just drive around for awhile" or take us here, then there. The vehicles are new, clean, and sleek. Their limo coach alone is worth recommending them for; not to mention the H2. Both have plasma screens and intense stereo systems. They also provide water/pop/ice/glassware and will help to stock the ride with special requests or decorate for any occasion. I've used Cities Limo for an anniversary, a friends birthday, and just a night on the town and will absolutely plan to use them again in the future. To top things off the drivers are some of the nicest around.

Bach Party. These guys are awesome! They showed up 5 minutes early ( I've never had that happen with a limo company before!) The land Yacht was immaculate. The driver was very friendly and professional and knew his way around. We had no worries, and had a great night.

Fantastic Service. Cities Limo. & Trans. has by far the best service I have ever dealt with in a limousine company. The stretch Lincoln is the nicest limo I have been in by far. The cars are crystal clean, brand new, and the drivers are very professional. I use limousines for airport runs regularly and for occasional nights out on the town and for special events. This company by far exceeds any other limousine company in the Twin Cities!! Keep it up! The stretch Hummer H2 is very Cool!!!
