Best Bridal Shop in Twin Cities. From the time I scheduled my first appointment, I have received nothing but the best customer service at The Hope Chest compared to the other bridal shops I visited. They are very accommodating and even allow you to take pictures, which most shops don't. They have always been prompt in calling me or emailing me whenever I need their advice, and Kohleen has been absolutely amazing to work with. She makes me feel like I am the only bride in the world and that she truly cares about my happiness and satisfaction with everything. She helped me find the most beautiful dress as well as the cutest bridesmaid dresses to compliment it perfectly! I have another appointment there this weekend to try on my dress and pick out my veil and jewelry, which I can barely wait for! I have told every engaged girl I know to visit The Hope Chest, and I will continue to do so, because every bride deserves to feel as special as they have made me feel!
