Used their service to clean our offices. We have very small offices and are not hard to clean but the crew they sent took five to ten minutes and hardly dusted and mopped. I tried to explain some problem areas the next cleaning but the two cleaners did not speak a lick of english and understood nothing. Do not go with apple tree, instead try A+ cleaning. They are a little more expensive but very nice and the results are remarkable.

They charged my credit card with unauthorized charges. Did not show up when scheduled. When they did show up they neglected to complete all the work (i.e. cleaned half of the carpets instead of all of them). Do not return phone calls. The girls they have working for them do not speak any English so you can not communicate with them at all.
Cons: Did not show up on time, changed price, rude customer service
