DON'T DO IT-too bad no stars isn't an option!!.
I made an appointment a few weeks ago and was contected twice to confirm the appointment. I felt really excited to go and unwind before my international travels.
After confirming the appointment TWICE, I received a phone call from a manager asking me to move the appointment "so the therapist could have a break between appointments." EXCUSE ME? After I had the appointment confirmed TWICE I told the receptionist this was poor customer service (she didn't seem to care two cents about it). I canceled my appointment.
I got a phone call minutes later from the same manager explaining AGAIN why they wanted to move my appointment and I was too annoyed to answer the phone. A few minutes after that the appointment cancellation notice was sent to my email.
As a consumer we have many many choices in massage centers. What they SHOULD HAVE DONE was send me a coupon for a free massage to save the business. But again, they didn't seem to care much.
Do yourself a favor, save money and go SOMEWHERE ELSE where your money is appreciated and valued.

As a consequence, there are times when multiple appointments are booked without adequate time between these to allow therapists the rest break needed to ensure that they are able to provide you with the best possible, high quality massage. Customer service is extremely important to us, and we regret that you misinterpreted our request as lack of concern. The cancellation notice you received was an automatic response generated by the online booking, and was in response to your cancellation request. I would be pleased to speak with you concerning this issue and attempt to make this situation right. Thanks again.
Thanks for the review [5/30/10]. We regret that your experience was not positive. With growth comes challenges. Part of our growth is providing opportunity for online booking. Unfortunately, that sometimes results in bookings that don't allow the massage therapists to have some critical "down time" between multiple massages. We want them to be "fresh" and ready to give you the optimal massage. The call you received was a simple request to adjust your start time [if that was not possible for you, the time would have remained as originally established]. Again, we do appreciate your trust and confidence in us. Feel free to call next time and address your concerns with the owner. He will do whatever is possible to ensure the best possible solution.
Terrible service and will cancel on you at last minute. Needed a massage due to life's stresses and setup an appointment a few days in advance as that was all the was avialable. I left work early and travelled the 20 minutes to get there in Uptown to be told that they had already called me to cancel. My phone had registered the call 5 minutes earlier! What a waste of time and effort and ended leaving more stressed than I'd arrived. Will never bother again!
