WARNING: Annex and Nick Dodge (GM) are PATHETIC!. Annex/Lonetree is the least service oriented "night club" in the cities. The establishment is run by a bunch of SNOODY employees who think THEY are the VIP guests. Don't even THINK about doing bottle "service" here, as you will get WORSE treatment here than if you were to be a normal guest. The VIP lounge is packed full of the bartenders butt buddies and a bunch of douches that have connections to the arrogant employees that run this show. To top that they will add a $25 liquor tax and $40 gratuity to your "$160 bottle" automatically. They do this because they DO NOT give the service required to earn a gratuity.



To sum things up, after giving this nightclub several chances over the course of a year, I have been thoroughly disappointed every time. I tried to resolve things with Nick Dodge (General Manager) and give it another shot in hopes for different treatment. Nope, same end result. This place is the WORST environment to drink. You sober up REAL quick when you're raped with hidden charges and furious about your so called "VERY IMPORTANT PERSON" service.



I would gladly recommend other VIP lounges but DO NOT want this to come across as an Ad or Competitor.

Killer night!. This club made my night downtown amazing. They had free drinks for an hour! Sweet lights and sounds from an up-to-date system... and the GIRLS... I'm definitely going back.

BORING!. The DJ was horrible! Hits from the 80's just don't go well when they are play one after another after another after another. Not my kind of place. Trashy and dirty.

Best place to be discriminated.. OMG! Whoever wrote that 1st review got the mark! A group of us went there on Friday night. My husband had white sneakers, jeans and a Polo sweater. The meathead bouncer said that there was a dresscode and he couldn't get in w/ sneakers so they wouldn't let us in. we asked for the Mgr, but they said no. What they say goes. Then a bunch of White boys came through, wearing the same white sneakers but they got in. We asked how come they got in and the bouncer ignored us like we were invisible. This place is discriminates (this site wouldn't allow me to use the "R" word)! This could pass for NaZzi (this site wouldn't allow me to spell the word correctly) Headqrtrs. I don't know where ya'lls are from but keep this up and you could get the pants sued off you. Ever heard of discrimination? We didn't need this, so we left for ESCAPE ULTRA LOUNGE across the street....and got the VIP treatment. Screw Annex. If you ain't white, don't go there.

R@cist!. This is the most r@cist club I have ever been to. The baretenders don't like to serve people of color. My girlfriends and I were racially harrassed and kicked out of the club by the bouncers twice after being there for just 10 minutes and those were the only two times I have ever been there.

Fun weekend hangout!!. MN's latest hot spot - with hot girls, great music and free drinks on FRI/SAT night how can you go wrong? Located under the Lone Tree Bar so you get 2 bars in 1.

#3 & 4 - have fun at Escape!! have been there and thought I was going to get shot
