I visited the Edina, MN location and was treated very well. I was greeted as I entered the store, looked around and saw the look I was after. I asked for some help in selcecting a pice that had the look my wife was after and the price I could afford. The salespreson did that for me, they wrapped the gift and placed in in a attractive bag. My wife was delighted. I know the price I paid was at the high end ($2,200) for a piece like this but it is as my wife had wanted. She is happy - I am happy. Service was great - easy in - easy out - I am going back. I don't know what locations the others went to but I was very pleased.

WOW !!! Impressive that a jewelry store, in today's economy, can run business off by insulting their customers. Maybe I should have asked for a job application... anybody who behaves as condescendingly as MIKE MORGENROOD (He's the manager), at 21115 Dulles Town Cir. Dulles, VA's store, must not need to sell any merchandise to make a living. This guy acted as though we were doing HIM a favor by spending money on his product. CONDESCENDING, ARROGANT, RUDE.... Maybe we should have dressed up in more expensive clothing... We were treated like qypsies, efforting a theft. I purchased 2 wedding bands from FINK'S ( a store in the mall adjascent to the Jared store) inside of an hour after my miserable experience with Mr. Morgenrood. $3,200 might not be a lot of money for a sotre like JARED.... but it SHOULD be. This is NOT an advertisement for FINKS... Chris, the sales associate there, happened to EARN my business with his customer service, and product knowledge. JARED will NEVER see any of my business.

My fiance and I went to the Burlington, MA store to purchase my engagement ring, we found what we wanted but the sales women treated us as if we were morons! I know enough about jewelry to know the difference between platinum and white gold. When we had a loose stone we brought it back to the store right away. We handed our ring over to their repair specialist who was all of 19 who kept asking me if I wanted my ring buffed and dipped I told her that I did not want my ring to be buffed, which is when they buff the ring so much that if you have white gold it's all taken off and then DIPPED in rhodium which is not white gold. Needless to say I told this little girl 6 or even 7 times that I did not want this process and I was ignored and it was done. My ring is now YELLOW and their is no way to reverse this process!!!!I've been lied to, take for granted, spoke to like a child and then IGNORED!!!! I'm done with Jared's
