overpriced undistinctive food.
Too many restaurants are in the area to get away with their limited menu and mediocre food.

Great value....
I wouldn't consider this place a "date spot", but it great for groups of 3-4 or even larger. If you are a party over 6, and dining on the weekend, I'd recommend a reservation. It's not a quiet scene, which is why I would recommend against this as a "date spot." However, they do have a menu representative of American Cuisine and the fine art of cooking over man's most primative form of heat. Yum yum if you're a meat-eater. Oh, and if you like salad, my spouse tells me her mixed green / dried cherry / goat cheese salad was delicious.

Bonfire - Where everyone knows your name!.
It's like Cheers - where everyone knows your name. From the host, to the server to the bartenders, to the managers - they care about you - they take care of you and they make sure your experience there is memorable and positive. It is at the core of every human being to seek enjoyment in all that they do. When you are able to relax - be greeted with a smile, have a freindly staff and speedy service, and be thanked by management for your visit - you will have an unforgetable experience. So often you are rushed through dinner with poor service - here you are welcomed in and invited to stay for the musical entertainment Thursday - Saturday nights. I invite you to come in for an experience of your own!

Carrot Cake to die for.
They have great desserts! The carrot cake is the best, and the cheesecake is the creamiest I've had, better than the Cheesecake Factory. They have a nice patio, abundunt menu - a gem for the burbs!

You can do better.
Atmosphere is nice enough and bar area is inviting as you enter. Service is poor, happy hour food is offered but dips and hard boild eggs are servered at room temperature. Food seems like it comes from a buffet in back. ribs were 'smoked' meaning ham! Hash browns and steak were obviously prepaired far before ordered. Servers wear mens tops and un-brushed hair is apparently cool. Deserts were the high point, but are servered with room temp whipped cream. Obviously there is no refrigeration at this place. Two more nits are restrooms with faucets that don't work, and pepsi served when you order coke. The candles everywhere and a smoking section below non-smoking complete a disappointing experience for those with breathing problems.
