In Short
This extravagant venue boasts 36,000 square feet of space for concerts, visiting DJs--often international stars--and private or group parties. Atmospheric and logistical touches include cutting-edge sound and lighting and multilevel seating to ensure unobstructed views from the mezzanine and balcony. There are also six semi-private lounge areas around the stage. Anyone looking to play high roller will also appreciate the separate, multileveled VIP ultra-lounge with a rooftop patio, seven bars and private staff.

Recently attended a show and the service in VIP was phenomenal!! i have never been vip so i didnt go in expecting much. Throughout the night our personal server was great. she was so great that she bought and took shots with all of us! wait a minute. come the end of the night and my Drivers license nor Debit card could be found!! They took it at the door when i came in and POOF its gone. GREAT SERVICE contrasted with an extremely surprising outcome POOR ORGANIZATION. (also our server who was awesome, but was plastered. thats fine but not with MY license and credit card info) they did the right thing and paid for the table and the re-printed license. however, still scary, p.s. - the sound system in their is one of the best in the twin cities for a smaller venue.
Pros: Great sound good price for vip
Cons: horrible parking, expect to walk a couple blocks, poor organization with your credit card

My friends and I went to see Lenny Kravitz here. First off, there is not ample parking. We ended up parking quite a distance from there, and having to walk in the sub zero temperatures was not fun. Upon entering the club we found that the coat check was full! Plan ahead please! No one wants to watch an entire concert while holding onto their winter parka, hat, gloves and scarves. The lines to the bars where out of control. No one wants to wait 30 minutes to get a beer after already deciding that this is the worst venue in the Twin Cities all while holding all of their outdoor gear. As some of the other reviewers noted the bouncing staff is less than professional. Also, what's with the no drinks in the bathroom rule? I would never see another show at this place. Stay home, buy the DVD and watch it on your home theater!
Pros: Sound quality of the concert was decent
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE
