Doesn't live up to the hype!!!. Studios are smaller, poles are closer together, no one-on-one attention. You feel like they are just trying to make money off you and don't care if you're learning/comfortable/ or having a good time. Hard to find parking you don't have to pay for.

You can buy a whole months worth of exercise at a great gym for what one class costs! Old studio was way better. They've lost me as a costumer since I've found another in-home studio for a much better price!

Hmmmm.... I'm kind of disappointed in the studio/company since they have moved to Washington Avenue. The classes are over-crowded, and Maria charges WAY more now! I think they've become over-crowded and overpriced. The old location had 2 HUGE studios and it was a better space for dancing. The only pro to this place is that they have more poles. But then of course, that means more people and less room to dance.

I wish there was another studio in Minneapolis who provided this kind of dance instruction. With the money they've been making ( with their mark-ups) they should purchase a bigger studio again. I really miss going, but I can't compete with a room overcrowded with poles and too many people per class.

GO!!. So much more fun than running on a treadmill for an hour. The studio is a fun and comfortable place to work out. All the staff is very friendly, and has tons of energy. I was scared to go, but after only my first class I was hooked. Even if your not a dancer this place is great!!!! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Best Dance Studio in Minneapolis!. Flex Appeal studios is the most beautiful dance studio I have ever seen in Minnesota!

As a student of dance in several companies and at the University it has been a while since I have met such talented and caring instructors!

Everyone is energetic and easy to talk to, the range of students is 18 - 40+.

You get a great workout for your money.

You've got to try everything once and once you try this studio you'll keep coming back.

Only suggestion: come early for parking and bring friends!

Best bachlorette party plan anywhere in the midwest. My girlfriends found this studio -thank god they were going to take for drinks at Mall of America (boring). Had a great time with my 3 best friends.

I lost about 15 lbs in the 6 week session and were planning a bachlorette party for my best friend coming into town from Wisconsin next weekend.

I recommend this studio for anyone that is a little daring and looking for alot of fun!!! or great nite out with their girl friends Maria the owner is awesome!!

Best fun I have had all year!!!. Exotic dancing is the funnest and best workout I've had in a long time so much more fun than the gym...we also had my girlfirend's bachlorette party at the studio!! It was great!!
