great service. we had the burgers and it wasn't cooked evenly throughout the burger. waitress was great and replaced it for a new item. i chose the pasta it was delicous. Later the manager PEPE came over and affirmed that i truely was happy. i thought that it was awesome he really showed that he cared no fake smile or technical words, he seemed to be ready to give me anything to please me. i was happy with the pasta and he even chatted with us briefly. very nice and we are going back there. customer service is everything to me, id rather have ok food and wonderful service than the opposite, terrible service and good food.…
Really Bad Service.
We arrived for a late lunch at about 1:20pm on a Tuesday. We were seated right away, but then it took almost 20 minutes to get a waitress to take our order. All the while, servers were laughing and
chatting across the room, but careful not to even look our direction.
Turned out "it wasn't their section". Gee - could they at least have gone and found our waitress and told her he had customers waiting?
Food was OK, but nothing to rave about. My client likes their food, but I thought it was expensive for the quality.…
