Great food/atmosphere. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your dinner. Cozy candlelight spot with convenient parking right outside the door. Menu changes periodically. Enjoyed the calamari, scallops, and a white wine flight. Very friendly service. Left very satisfied and had an enjoyable evening there.
The Crab-Artichoke Dip is phenomal!. I have only been here once, but the Crab-Artichoke Dip was amazing and I'll definately be back. When I do though I will be sure to get a different server (whose I cannot remember sadly or I would save you the pain). I know that she smokes and that you can smell it on her even before she rudely stamps to the table. She is shorter with medium length hair and attitude up to here. Despite how awful she was, our meal was GREAT. The wine was pretty good, the bread before the meal was excellent and the ambiance was very nice. That Dip though...wow.

I have dined at Thistles several times since it opened last January with my husband as well as with larger groups of family and friends. The food is always great! I am always surprised at the new additions to the menu and wine list and since I am a pretty adventurous diner it is fun for me to see what is new each time we return. The wine flights were added on my last visit and everyone at the table tried a different one. It was great to be able to sample several different wines all at once!
The staff is very friendly whenever we are there and they always remember us! Gusteating, this is the only thing resembling a "Cheers" environment that I have ever encountered at Thistles in all of my visits and frankly I like frequenting a place where "everyone knows your name"...
