amazing facial!. Totally indulgent and soothing facial. I didn't want to get up. Shelby has a wonderful touch, and makes you feel totally pampered the whole time. The products feel and smell great! Reasonable rates, and I would highly recommend her services

Customer Service? . . . . Have yet to find any at this salon.. This salon was unable to even take my phone calls or return emails to set up an appointment. I attempted to play by their rules and book an apointment online. If you want to book more than one service you are out of luck. When you attempt to call the salon no one answers the phone, I attempted calling three different days morning and night to see if I could reach someone to no avail. I also left a message on the answering machine four days ago and no one has called me back. Very disappointing, this salon came highlly recomended but have found nothing to confirm this.

Best Facial I have ever had.... Being in the industry I know I can be picky. Kerry Pennings always gives me an amazing service. Her facials are the best I have ever had. My skin is sensitive and I never have a problem with my skin afterwords like I have with other facials. She always goes above and beyond my expectations. Her facial is a mini massage as well. The head rub is worth the money alone. Lets talk about my waxing experience as well. I had my first bikini wax and felt really nervous and embarrassed and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Go see Kerry as soon as you can you will not be disapointed.
