The Noose is a neighborhood bar on St. Paul's Eastside. The daily food specials are great, and happy hour is from 4PM-6PM. The people are friendly. They have live music once and awhile on the weekends. They also have drink specials for the Vikings games. Check them out, and tell Penny & Scott that Butch wrote up a nice review for them on Citysearch.
