I bought a couples massage for Valentines Day '07. Massage was great and received a free massage for later in the year. When I got my credit card statement I found out I was charged twice. I called many times and was told it would be fixed. In July it was not fixed, and I too found the number disconnected etc. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges. This may be the only solution to others with the same problem. Sounds like the place is cleared out.

I purchased a $200 gift certificate at Christmas for my girlfriend. When we went to make an appointment in June we were unable to make contact with the company after multiple calls and emails. Finally, we drove downtown to make the appointment only to find out that the office space was totally cleared out. I recently contacted Better Bussiness Bureau and just received a message back saying that the company was contacted but provided no response. I am very disappointed and sad because the gift certificate I purchased was the majority of my girlfriend's Xmas gift (I’m a poor college student). If anyone can offer a cheap legal solution on how to receive a refund for services not offered, please post a message.
