Highly Skilled Massage and Shiatsu. Charles provides excellent massage and shiatsu services. I have been going to him for several years, and have never been disappointed.

Great massage. Always excellent service; relaxing and thorough. I've seen Charles a few times and his massage work is like having a mini vacation. The heated table is great.

Best Body Work. Since returning to the Twin Cities from California, I had a hard time finding massage and body work for my bad back. I was thrilled to discover Praxis. Ben and Charles are both highly trained in eastern and western techniques and founded this great space to provide the highest quality body work--and they do! Since discovering Praxis, I have also started their yoga classes and have used their accupunturist; all are distinguished in their knowledge and commitment to healing. Through the combination of services Praxis provides, I am finding more back relieve than I have felt in years.

Feel better, Look better. I recently visited Praxis Healing Arts for my first Shiatsu treatment and it was fantastic! I had not had Shiatsu before and didn't know what to expect. I was so pleasantly suprised. My therapist used kneading and finger pressure in specific pressure points along with some great streches to rebalance my body. When I was done I felt like a new man! Very balanced and centered. When I got home my wife couldn't stop talking about how great I looked. I guess the way I felt really shined through. I'm going to make visits to Praxis part of my monthly routine. Well worth it.

Praxis is the Best. Charles and Ben have made Praxis Healing Arts a comforting, relaxing space for massage, shiatsu, acupuncture, and yoga. In my first four months Charles has done outstanding work on me, alternating massage and shiatsu, and giving me the best results of any bodyworker I've seen in Minneapolis. He brings a very personable presence during his work, which is focused on discerning the particular state of my body each day and responding with care. When I need a relaxing massage he delivers, and when I need deeper work he puts his own strength and flexibility into it, and I leave having things adjusted that I didn't even know could be fixed. Their space is beautifully designed, quiet, and comfortably warm in winter/spring (when I've been there). I look forward to each appointment, and I recommend them highly to my friends.

GREAT FIND!. I have sampled all of their sevices, each one was either great or phenomenal. These guys know their craft. The space is pleasant and relaxing, they always have green tea made, which I like and they're very nice - unasuming. I have never had a better massage or Shiatsu than those I get at Praxis. I am a repeat client.
