Seat yourself at this retro diner. The checkered floor divides the counter bar from the black vinyl booths lining the windows overlooking Eat Street. Write down your order at your table; then head to the counter to pay. Soon, the cashier delivers your meal. Artsies down pots of coffee and work on laptops, while others converse over classic diner fare like eggs and toast and hamburgers, or modern favorites like pumpkin pancakes and hummus sandwiches.

I really want to know the other side of sistergirl's story. I really can't see them not remaking your meal... But I think I would have laughed too if something like that happened.

I went here with my boyfriend about a week ago and oh-my-freakin-god! never have I been treated this way before at all! let me describe my day. We walked in sat down ordered went up and paid and waited. for one it took about and hour to get us our food but when the waitress brought it to us, she accidentally tripped on something and fell, well when she did this the food sprayed me and my boyfriend and she got up...and laughed! she laughed at us and walked away! me and my boyfriend were dazed...WTF she didnt even say sorry! this is what really got us though, she came back ten minutes later with a towel and threw it on our table and said "here, this is so you can clean it up" then omg then she picked up her cell phone dialed a number and as she walked away we heared her say, "man you would not guess what i just did!" we waited for 20 minutes and still didnt get a replacement meal. so when we went to the counter to say something they told us we would have to pay AGAIN!!! we said "no thank you and left. I couldnt belive it. I still dont to this day!
