Very relaxing massage. I came in for a deep tissue massage and it was by far the best massage I have ever had.

Colleen the masseuse was so gentle yet firm with her movements that she put me at ease immedately. The pressure she applied was just right and she seemed to understand exactly what my body needed.

I came out feeling rejuvenated and energized.

The spa was quiet and calming and all in all I had a wonderful experience.

I recommend the spa and if you can, ask for Colleen.

best spa in west metro.. This was mine and my husbands first experience at Fusion. We each had a massage followed by a bathing ritual. We truely received a seamless experience from beginning to end. It all started with booking the appointment. I didn't know exactly what the bathing ritual all entailed so I asked the person on the phone to explain it and of the choices which one she recommended. I went with her recommendation and it was fabulous! The service was exactly what she described to me. When we arrived we were greeted like we were regulars, addressing us by name the minute we arrived. We were shown around in the spa before we started so we could get comfortable with where things were. Next we were asked to change into robes-which were super soft and I wish I had one of my own. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing with comfortable lounge chairs and a nice fire in the fireplace. We didn't feel rushed into our service. The massages were wonderful, we will both definately see those massage therapists again! The bathing ritual service was amazing! My skin felt wonderful when it was done, and we felt just so re-energized. After our services were done we were able to relax for a while in the waiting area. We never felt rushed to leave, nor did we really want to leave! It was an amazing experience, I can't wait to go back. The customer service was wonderful!

Disappointing. I live in California and have never been to a spa in Minnesota before but in my opinion this is not a spa, it's a salon that offers spa services. I'm accustomed to a facilities that at least have a common whirl pool, steam room, relaxation room and at least showers that you can use throughout your day at the spa. I even asked if there was a whirl pool and steam room at this facility when I booked my services. They said yes and I assumed this meant it was part of spending the day at the spa but what they didn't mention was that you had to book these and pay for their use. A very unfortunate miscommunication. There's a waiting room where you wait in your street clothes. Even though I was booked for three services I wasn't offered a robe until I complained. Aside from the disappointing facilities, my services were all good and my masseuse and aesthetician were both very nice and professional.

Most comfortable west-side spa. Fusion Lifespa offers great service, down to earth, knowledgeable staff, and all the services you could want. Their deep-tissue massage is among the best I have ever had. If you like a calming, friendly atmosphere this is the place for you.

pretty spa, bad unorganized staff. I took my sister here for a spa package, and I wanted to get our services together. They said they offered couple services. We started off with massages (which were great), and weren't offered a robe or slippers. So we had to change back into our clothes and shoes, and then go into another room for our facials. My facial ended a full 20 minutes before my sisters so I was waiting in the waiting room. Only then was I offered a robe and slippers. Next we had our pedicures, and someone called in sick (which they didn't tell us) so they offered to have one person work on both of us. This took a lot longer, causing us to be late for our dinner reservations.

Best Spa in the Midwest. I recently treated my sister to an afternoon at the Fusion Lifespa. She has had many life challenges lately and I am a busy working mother so it seemed a perfect get away for us both. I traveled 4 hours from Iowa to take her to the spa. We were greated at the front desk like we had been there many times and were escorted through the beautifully decorated salon. The soothing smells, lighting, color tones of the walls and flare of Japan decor were exactly what I wanted. I am from another large city and nothing compares. I have never been treated like a queen lwith sincere concern for your health and your individual needs. We completed the Japan Ritual bath before our other treatments which I highly recommend. I could feel the stress roll out the end of my fingers as we walked to the fire place waiting area in our thick terri robes and slippers. I almost fell asleep on the leather chase lounge by the fire.

I treated my sis to a facial and I had an hour massage. Both our staff members were incrediable and 1 of the best massages I have every had! I must have been very blessed to call late in the week for a Sat. appointment and they accomodated my special wishes for my sisters day of bliss. I would travel 4 hours anyday to spend a day with Fusion. I will be making this an annual event for us. I walked away feeling so happy I had planned this sister day and amazed the prices were right in line with other salons offering so much less for overall experience. The scrubs, washes and lotions for the Japan theme bath ritual were incredible and I wish I could have bought all of them to take home. I can see why this spa won the 2006 Best Spa in Minneapolis award. It has me vote for 2007 also!

Eastern medicine and modern spa amenities fuse in a serene and relaxing alternative healthcare retreat.. In Short
Imported Pan-Asian decor, cork floors, bamboo laminates and a color pallet of deep cranberry and espresso juxtapose this spa's au courant amenities. Comprehensive wellness regimens combining traditional Eastern medicine and contemporary spa services are popular among the spa's upscale suburban clientele. Inspired treatments include the earthy smelling Red Flower Hammam Pedicure and sweeter smelling Red Flower Japan Pedicure that incorporate flower extracts, essential oils and nourishing botanicals for an aromatic and moisturizing affair.
