In Short – Imported Pan-Asian decor, cork floors, bamboo laminates and a color pallet of deep cranberry and espresso juxtapose this spa's au courant amenities. Comprehensive wellness regimens combining traditional Eastern medicine and contemporary spa services are popular among the spa's upscale suburban clientele. Inspired treatments include the earthy smelling Red Flower Hammam Pedicure and sweeter smelling Red Flower Japan Pedicure that incorporate flower extracts, essential oils and nourishing botanicals for an aromatic and moisturizing affair.

This was mine and my husbands first experience at Fusion. We each had a massage followed by a bathing ritual. We truely received a seamless experience from beginning to end. It all started with booking the appointment. I didn't know exactly what the bathing ritual all entailed so I asked the person on the phone to explain it and of the choices which one she recommended. I went with her recommendation and it was fabulous! The service was exactly what she described to me. When we arrived we were greeted like we were regulars, addressing us by name the minute we arrived. We were shown around in the spa before we started so we could get comfortable with where things were. Next we were asked to change into robes-which were super soft and I wish I had one of my own. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing with comfortable lounge chairs and a nice fire in the fireplace. We didn't feel rushed into our service. The massages were wonderful, we will both definately see those massage therapists again! The bathing ritual service was amazing! My skin felt wonderful when it was done, and we felt just so re-energized. After our services were done we were able to relax for a while in the waiting area. We never felt rushed to leave, nor did we really want to leave! It was an amazing experience, I can't wait to go back. The customer service was wonderful!
Disappointing

I live in California and have never been to a spa in Minnesota before but in my opinion this is not a spa, it's a salon that offers spa services. I'm accustomed to a facilities that at least have a common whirl pool, steam room, relaxation room and at least showers that you can use throughout your day at the spa. I even asked if there was a whirl pool and steam room at this facility when I booked my services. They said yes and I assumed this meant it was part of spending the day at the spa but what they didn't mention was that you had to book these and pay for their use. A very unfortunate miscommunication. There's a waiting room where you wait in your street clothes. Even though I was booked for three services I wasn't offered a robe until I complained. Aside from the disappointing facilities, my services were all good and my masseuse and aesthetician were both very nice and professional.
- Pros: Good services.
- Cons: Facilities.
