I have had roto- rooter out this year for my drains, Sears for my range, Pella for my windows and doors and all of these companies asked me to give them great ratings (5s) for their service. Far and away the best service we received this year was from Jesse at All American Door Co. (got your name from our home warranty people after they tried to send out the guy who couldn\'t fix our range, I will let them know to give your name out first).
Jesse was great, he knew what he was doing, explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything up front and along the way. He didn\'t show up late or on time, he was early! which was great! I didn\'t really want a new garage door operator and springs for Christmas, but if I had to have them I am glad it was from a company that has reliable, competent, personable, professionals to do the work. Jesse deserves 5s for customer satisfaction. Its Funny how the best customer service comes from folks who don\'t bother to ask for good surveys or any survey at all. They already know the key to a successful business.

Bad Communication/Missed Service Calls. Terrible service. Had to schedule 3 appointments because they didn't show up for the first two (no explanation given). Only reason we did three was because it was through our home warranty company. Then, when they finally did show up, they charged a $50 service call (which they didn't tell us about when we talked to them directly about rescheduling 2 times) and didn't do any work because they didn't think our garage door was broken. When I called the manager at the (612) 623-3667 number to express my frustration with the service call charge (which, again, was never mentioned to us) and the 2 previous missed appointments, he ended up calling me a POS and hanging up. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this company.

Poor Service / Bad Attitude.
We had our door fixed by All American Door. They did a poor job and the door was never the same. The technician actually asked me to help him with the job.
The door never worked normally but worked well enough until one week ago. It came off the track once again.
I called back. They wouldn't work with me on any type of discount even though there work had failed. When I asked if this was their standard business practice, the representative on the line hung up on me and had a bad attitude.
This is not the way to operate a business! I do not recommend them.
Door installed incorrectly which led to further damage that we have yet to have the company repair.. The first time a technician came out to our house he was supposed to fix a problem with our existing door. That fix only lasted for a few months so the next time we had issues with our door we called All American again. They gave us a small discount on a brand new door (since we had already invested in fixing it once). When it was installed it was done incorrectly and it eventually broke. We could not access anything in our garage until it was fixed. We ended up having to break the glass on our service door to get in. That's when we called them again and they came out and told us it was installed incorrectly. They agreed to have new glass installed, but we have been waiting for over a month for them to take care of this. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience.
